As the West Loop continues to grow and attract major employers, more residents are seeking upscale apartments. Nearby West Town is ideally positioned to absorb much of that demand.

Co-developed by KMW Communities and Shapack Partners, and designed by Eckenhoff Saunders, the project draws inspiration from Chicago’s historic Meatpacking District, refined London interiors, and the character of New York’s Chelsea—layered with a warm, hospitality-driven approach.
The mixed-use development will feature 70 thoughtfully designed residences, including 14 onsite affordable units, complemented by boutique ground-floor retail.
