Bill, a Chicago native, holds a bachelor's degree from DePaul University in Finance and earned an MBA from Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.

Adam has been working in architecture and design for over 20 years. He has seen first hand that good design positively impacts the clients, owners, community, and the future of our urban environments. Adam thrives on creative problem solving and design solutions that affect our whole community. His appreciation for detail brings the perfect balance between creativity, leadership, and production.
Adam has a bachelor's in Architecture from the University of Kansas.
Shevaz Freeman

Shevaz understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in Chicago with its unmatched architecture, culture, and diversity. She has worked with a variety of clients in the design, construction, and construction management of real estate projects.
Shevaz has a bachelor's in science and business from Florida A&M University as well as a degree in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.

Ola is a graduate of The University of Rochester, has a Master’s from Yale University, and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Choudhry has over 15 years of experience in real estate valuation, development, and asset management gained in the United States and Internationally in the Middle East markets. Born and raised within the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago. Choudhry is committed to the growth and development of communities and people, and understands the dynamics of how the built environment impacts human interaction and mobility.
Choudhry is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana holding a Bachelors of Arts and a Masters in Real Estate from Roosevelt University. Additionally, Choudhry is a licensed Broker in the State of Illinois and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
