Bill has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, commercial banking, and financial analysis. He has led or participated in a wide range of projects that include but not limited to residential, commercial, and mixed-income public/private partnership developments.

Bill, a Chicago native, holds a bachelor's degree from DePaul University in Finance and earned an MBA from Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.

Adam has been working in architecture and design for over 20 years. He has seen first hand that good design positively impacts the clients, owners, community, and the future of our urban environments. Adam thrives on creative problem solving and design solutions that affect our whole community. His appreciation for detail brings the perfect balance between creativity, leadership, and production.

Adam has a bachelor's in Architecture from the University of Kansas.
